Easy Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake


Can it sound much better than that?! (I think not 😋)

This is honestly such a life saver when you're craving a sweet treat in the evening and only have a few baking bits in the cupboards as it only needs 4 ingredients! Anyway...no need for me to be blabbering on lets get to the ingredients and how to actually make it!


 Ingredients:

4Tbsp Plain Flour

3Tbsp Sugar

2 1/2Tbsp Cocoa Powder

5Tbsp Non Dairy Milk (I usually use soy milk!)

(optional) 1 Biscuit or chunks of vegan chocolate (I usually use oreos)


Method:

1) Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in your mug of choice.

2) Stir in the milk.

3) Brake up your biscuit or chocolate into small pieces and mix into the batter.

4) Put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (I opt for about 1:40 for a gooey texture like the photo below)

5) ENJOY THE GOOEY GOODNESS 😍
